Review on 💆 Ultimate Comfort: Adjustable Lumbar Support Pillow for Sleep & Back Pain Relief by Mark Loebis

I have a spinal disc that needs replacing and sometimes it hurts when I lie down, but this lumbar support pillow makes all the difference. Without that gentle support, I tossed and turned all night and woke up in the morning with back pain. Using it all night to sleep on my back or side allows me to sleep through the night without pain... I still have pain when I get out of bed but have a few hours of relief every day , is a godsend and I intend to get another one. I also use it on our couch and it's like heaven after a day of not being able to sit all day (from work). This is a great recovery tool that allows my back to rest in perfect support (at least for my back with lower disc issues).
