I use them for jogging and I love them. I needed regular shoes and they were great. They sit well on my foot and flex where they need it and no hot spots! It had a softer mesh upper that moves with your foot and allows your feet to breathe while still supporting them as you run. I like these shoes a lot and am very happy with them.
