Nice colors but too thick for the stars

The paper is a very nice color set and I was thrilled that it has fewer colors than other star origami paper sets because I have that thought. would mean I could have a more cohesive collection of stars. However, the paper is very thick - almost like cardboard - making it very difficult to fold stars and even more difficult to "blow up" the stars at the end. The paper is only colored on one side, but it doesn't matter to the stars if you fold the paper correctly (the white side is out when you tie the first "knot"). Only 2 stars as I had to go back it's too thick to really make a star. Suitable for quilling, but not for origami.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
