The product works great. The packaging was terrible

I have used these products many times over the years. you know, it was easy for me to assemble it quickly and correctly. I bought 3 at once and they came in a box. All 3 packages in the box were opened and torn. Although most of the parts were there, I was missing a screw to install. Again. the product itself works great.
