Their team was extremely knowledgeable about our business needs as well as their products capabilities which helped us to make an informed decision regarding selection of software system for implementation in our organization at that time. We were able to get up & running quickly with minimal disruption due to issues within my department's timeframe; however I do believe they could have been more responsive during some initial training phases we had (1 or two days). The cost associated w/the project exceeded expectations by over $50k but this price difference between other solutions wasn't communicated until after contract award so there weren't any negotiating options available from me given it would be outside what we budgeted initially. It has allowed all departments across multiple states access into one centralized database allowing them greater efficiency through integration of various forms data input requirements such as credit card transactions etc... The software has been very useful in our operations. It is not user friendly at all. The customer support is terrible. They are not willing to listen to you or help you. I have had my issues with them for months now. Make sure that they are able to understand your specific needs before signing up for this product. We needed something that was easy to use and would be integrated into our ERP system. This software allows us to do just that.
