It took us a while to install this because we had to wait for our reliable electrician to do it for us while he was on vacation. The product has a solid construction and light weight. The manual says the mount has to support 35 pounds, so an extra screw was used as a precaution. He doesn't have us long, but he's very, very calm. It moves air well and the lights can be dimmed with the remote control. We are very happy with it. One of the downsides I see with this is that you don't have a choice in terms of droplet length alone. One thing I have to mention and that might be because we have an early version of this product. The instructions, while complete, are small and not easy to read.
