These are good universal radiators that are really not expensive at all and do their job very well despite the modest packaging and presentation. They can be used for graphics cards, open motherboard VRMs, and secondly I use them, some of the prebuilt computers come without factory VRM heatsinks and they serve a purpose. The only possible minimal problem is that thermal pads on heatsinks are quite thin and most good thermal pads are usually at least a millimeter thick.
