Review on Hubsan Advanced Version Brushless Camera by Satsuki Silva

I was enjoying this quadcopter until one day while traveling in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, I flew the drone to take some photos of a beautiful lake. The drone suddenly became uncontrollable and crashed into trees and I couldn't stop it. I emailed Hubsan asking if it was a device defect or if someone nearby could have taken control of the drone and caused the crash. after hitting a tree, the device fell into the lake and I couldn't find it. Revain was great, they sent me a replacement. A new drone arrived and after charging the batteries I went out for a test flight as soon as I turned on the engines, SMOKE FROM ONE HAND THEN FLAMES! I quickly disconnected the battery and the fire was out. You can see damage in the video and photo in the section to the right of the battery compartment. It's not the battery! After another call to Revain they have issued a refund and will issue a credit to my account when it arrives. I will buy another drone but HUPSAN WON'T DO THIS! It also revealed that Hubsan has a bad reputation with the Better Business Bureau. They have several outstanding claims against them that Hubsan hasn't responded to, proving they don't care about the junk they sell.
