Update: I'm correcting my review a bit just because it's been in the water for a while, when you take it out your hands kinda lose their shape. shape and hold together even when you put it back in the water. I'll clean it up and see if that helps. I ordered a bright yellow and the color contrasts well with the black sand in my tank. The "arms" are flexible and move in the water, they are made of rubber material.
