I'm very skeptical about buying a refurbished one, but to be honest it's like new! There are a few SMALL scratches, but nothing noticeable! Compared to my friend's MacBook Air, which she paid $1,100 for, they're exactly the same. The best $500 I've ever spent. and the company is GREAT! The charger didn't work as soon as I got it and I emailed them. Within an hour I received an email from them and they sent me a new charger. Thanks my girlfriend had her charger which I used until I got mine but the battery lasted 2-3 days so it wasn't too bad.
