So full disclosure. I am receiving a refund for this review. However, this is my honest opinion of the product. I was considering buying a strap for my deadlifts. My working weight is doable for my body but I found I was losing reps because my hands were giving out. After getting these, I was able to move up in weight and go farther in reps. I would think I would see this progress shortly in my muscles. They are easy to use and seem very durable. Also, they are comfortable without any break in period. Nice product. Solid construction. Quality materials. The company is also highly invested in your satisfaction. This is my second product from them. I have a barbell pad too. The pad has been used and abused and shows no signs of wear. Customer service always emails to ensure everything went well and you are happy.
