It has helped us understand our customers' behavior, which we can use for future improvement in terms of design/functionality etc. Also it is easy to integrate into my website with minimal effort required by developer part! We have not found anything that I dislike about this tool so far. There could be some minor issues but they were resolved very quickly after getting feedback from their support team. My biggest challenge was tracking customer activity across different channels like mobile apps as well as desktop clients (website). This software solved all these problems easily without any additional cost involved.
