I bought a size large which was just on this side of my revised quarantine self (for reference: 65in, 200lbs). So far the quality is great. on par with Lululemon and other premium brands and I feel like these leggings also help reduce compression. On a whim I wore them all day while I was working (WFH) and walking my dogs. Usually my legs (and feet!) are swollen and tired at the end of the day. Not this time. I probably wouldn't recommend wearing them every day, but I won't judge you if you do!
