Dog injured his neck in this collar

My 95 pound dog lunged forward while wearing this collar (and leash) and the force caused him to injure himself. Then he coughed for 2-3 days. The collar didn't help my arm much either as my arm also hurt for days (from rushing forward and pulling on my arm). This collar should give me more control over my strong dog. Instead, it caused both of us minor injuries. To return.
