Knob came off. on my review.
The color is great! Love the look of the product. The door handles and keypad were a little difficult to install as I have a very thick metal front door. The door code was easy to set and the keypad is easy to use. The first few months were great but this week the door knob on the inside of the door slid right off I went to walk out my front door. I have tried to reinstall the door knob and if I turn the knob a certain way it doesn’t come off but if I turn it the wrong way it pops right off. Kind of disappointed by that.
