The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.
In terms of price / quality ratio - an excellent thing. In swimming, in some components (statistics by segments) it is better than the Amazfit Stratos 3 sports watch, so at one time in the pool I wore both devices. For episodic sports, if sometimes swimming is also very good. Watches that are better in all respects (probably Garmin, but I have not used them), and are suitable for athletes and experienced amateurs, cost ten times more. It seemed to me more functional for sports than similar MiBand, despite the fact that for me the sports component and sleep are more important than synchronization with the phone - although everything seemed to work there. Ease of wearing and shape, I also liked this device more than Xiaomi bracelets.
- Good sleep tracking, 3 modes - better than in Mi Bands (at least those that were when I used this device). Excellent mode for swimming in the pool - distinguishes styles at every 50m, keeps statistics on each section.
- No GPS when running/skiing, not the best measurement accuracy. Sometimes it does not calculate the distance correctly, it can add circles to standing / sluggish movement at the side of the pool. The strap holder cracked after some time of active use, I had to order a new bracelet
