I've had horses for half a century. I know a good blanket when I see it. This duvet really ticks all the boxes of a good duvet. 1200 denier, good velcro, good lining and surprisingly soft fluff. Everything is easily adjustable and the reflective tape on it is definitely a bonus. .Now this review is about my aged goat. I bought her a pretty nice blanket (she's 16 and doesn't create her own warmth like she used to) but the drape wasn't as deep as I wanted and it fit her shoulders oddly. This foal rug was roomy and soft to keep her comfortable. It was also easy to set up. Autumn also cuts the wind much better. Daisy is allowed to fully manage all of our property - we've had her since she was 3 days old - and has become quite opinionated as she has gotten older, which is appropriate for goats. She seems to like this blanket a lot. I have no idea how long a goat can live, but as long as she's with us I want her to be comfortable and happy. This blanket definitely did. 😊
