Used for my tragus piercing. I dont know if it's because I've never changed mine from a hoop to the bar but my god are these tiny little itty bitty tops absolutely ridiculous to get on!y sister helped and it took us 30 mins to get the top screwed on. Then my piercing hurt like it was just done for a week and a half. Just when it stopped the gem fell out of the top. Most (not all) the tops fit the metal bar. The clear ones are different and just slide in instead of being screwed on. So it took me a good 45 minutes and help from my son to get another tiny top on. So far no issues with irritation other than the initial time changing it out, which apparently is a common thing. Hasn't changed my skin to green or anything and I do have very sensitive skin. Many options to choose from. Just be careful you dont lose gems on the flat ones that dont have prongs around the gem.
