EDIT: The manufacturer contacted me a few weeks ago and they kindly sent me a replacement pen. So far the new model is working well and I haven't had the same issues with the new stylus. It worked very well for the first few days, but after that I noticed some flaws of this pen. First, there's no way to adjust the sensitivity of the stylus to make the laptop feel like the stylus is writing or drawing about a quarter of an inch above the surface of the device, essentially rendering the writing illegible. Second, I've only had this pen a handful of times. Months ago, and I've already had to replace the battery twice, leading me to believe that the pen doesn't automatically turn off when not in use, so the battery is constantly draining. I like the fact that there is a detachable top as it's nice to have options. That being said, with the two main cons mentioned above, I cannot recommend this product.
