I've recently lost a lot of weight and have found that portion control is the most important factor for me. This lunch box is perfect for that. This is a cute little box. The lid is secure. I was really surprised that my food was still chilled after being in my bag at the office from 7am to 12pm, that's definitely a plus! The only minor complaint is that the divider sections have little wiggle room. It's just a hair's breadth away from being fully sealed inside. Salad dressing and water-soluble products can seep into another compartment. But this problem is not enough that I don't want to use it every day and they sell small condiment jars for sauces and similar products. Other bento-style containers don't have as many size options. This 5"x6" is perfect for me and will definitely help me eat better.
