I like how it allows me to create multiple pages, so if there's an outage or something affecting my site then I can easily tell people about it! It also has a great support team behind which helps you out as soon as possible - I've never encountered any issues that weren't solved quickly. Honestly what stands out for me most is just having all your content stored online for easy access by customers when needed. There are other alternatives, but this one ticks all the boxes for me atm. Having everything saved online makes things much easier on both sides (customer & provider) and saves time/bandwidth etc. I like that it's easy for customers to subscribe, so they are notified quickly when there is an issue affecting your site. It doesn't integrate well into our website (or any other CMS we use) - you need to build custom pages or links yourself if you want to link them up. We're using it as a way for customers to contact us directly without having to go through email queues.
