Solved numerous problems with ease thanks

I like how it allows me to create multiple pages, so if there's an outage or something affecting my site then I can easily tell people about it! It also has a great support team behind which helps you out as soon as possible - I've never encountered any issues that weren't solved quickly. Honestly what stands out for me most is just having all your content stored online for easy access by customers when needed. There are other alternatives, but this one ticks all the boxes for me atm. OffsiteStatus - Easiest way (and free) tool ever!

The only thing I dislike about OffsiteStatus is that they don't have a mobile app, but that's not OffsiteStatus's fault. I love the ease of use and the fact that it's a hosted service. I can access my site from anywhere and I don't have to worry about having my own server. I'm also able to set up alerts for when my site goes down or goes up. Great Product and User Friendly Admin Interface

The ability for my employees, who are out sick every day during different times throughout each week (due to personal matters) can still receive updates from customers via email/SMS messages if there's an issue that needs resolving or answering by our website! OffsiteStatus is super user friendly with excellent Customer Service

The ease of use, that it's very easy for non-technical users to set up and configure this tool! It also has great support if you have questions or need help setting things up (which I did!). We were able to quickly get an app out into production using offsitesstatus without any issues. There really isn't anything i dislike about this product - everything was fantastic from our first contact through onboarding.
