Review on Enhance Communication with Retevis Walkie Talkies: Rechargeable Channel by Lance Harrison

Three weeks after receiving this set one of the radios got stuck in VOX or talk mode. None of the buttons seem to work in this setup, including the steps to change the setup. The device won't turn off no matter how long I hold the power button. Pressing the power and menu buttons at the same time does nothing. I removed it to save battery. Any recommendations other than how to return for a refund? Updated: August 19, 2020: Despite several days of troubleshooting, we were unable to get this device to work. I have upgraded my rating from one star to three because we received a refund as soon as the item was received by Revain. We also received a new set of radios that don't have batteries. We will try them and then update our review.
