The description on the page was the description of "Premium Vegan Leather". As a vegetarian, this attracted me. What came is NOT leather! This is faux leather. That's the description on the little label. It is rigid and unyielding. I just had to send back another bag that was too big. We don't have any shops where we live, so returning it is problematic. Especially when UPS was closed both times we visited. So returning another product didn't seem like a viable option. I tried to explain the description of the product to the Revain agents and that this is not what arrived. I spoke to 3 "agents" but got nowhere and eventually I was handed off to 4 others after about 1 minute each. I gave up. I am very disappointed in Revain. They categorically refused to understand the problem. If you want a quality product, don't buy it until it's proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I hope the description has already changed. I'm not hopeful.
