Take it to a bike shop and have the shoes fully checked
The shoes have a defect: the cleat connector is too short, so the cleats move when I get off the bike. I took them to a bike shop where I was told the bushing was too short and bought the cleats recommended for shoes. at BestBuy. Now I'm stuck in a boot that touches my ankle and makes me get off the bike ππ½
