Received tan split king sheets for a new bed today. One of the fitted sheets arrived damaged, faulty fabric (not at the seams) - 2 holes the size of my fingernail and a ridge about 10 inches long. [See image] As the seller is a 3rd party I am awaiting a response customer service to see if they will replace the defective blade or send a return label. Please note: This is not a microfleece, but a fleece. The feeling is similar to the popular baby duvets/middle layer duvets for hotels. Since we live in North Dakota, any of these will work, although based on the list we expected microfleece and we currently have microfleece on our other bed. [Woodate 1: The seller does not allow returns of damaged/defective products. Seems a bit strange considering that would be the main reason for the refund] I will keep updating as soon as the issue is resolved, in the meantime I'll give 3 stars. The price was reasonable for the product received. Had the fitted sheet not been damaged we would have kept the set but still looked elsewhere for our second set. Update: The seller was quick to respond and sent a replacement which arrived promptly and in perfect condition. They didn't want a defective item to be returned, photo provided. We are very happy with the resolution and the product works well.
