Beautiful, durable pan!
I have a lot of simple loaf pans. However, I saw this pan on the NordicWare website and couldn't resist buying it. It's very beautiful and heavy. This line is also made in the USA โ very few baking molds are produced here. One thing to know is that you should not use oil spray on this pan. I "paintedโ olive oil with a brush and sprinkled flour on the pan. The cake came out easily. NordicWare is expensive but worth it. You pay for quality!
