🌸 6-Cup Nordic Ware Wildflower Loaf Pan, Toffee Review

I made a gluten free cake here! I filled the mold about 3/4 full to allow for expansion. It worked very well. You can see the wild flower design very well. It's beautiful and I found it easy to clean.

Excellent buy! This pan is sturdy and looks just as described if not better in person. My cake came out so quickly and the design definitely translated well into the finished product. It is very easy to clean, which makes me very happy.

This pan is a lot thicker than I expected and the design looks so good. I was worried about how it would stand alone with a floral pattern on the bottom of the pan, but it stands firmly on the cupboard. Edit to include some photos of the Lemon Poppy Seed Cake I just made in this pan. I used coconut oil and flour to make the pan and the cake literally fell out by itself when I turned it on a cooling rack!

I have a lot of simple loaf pans. However, I saw this pan on the NordicWare website and couldn't resist buying it. It's very beautiful and heavy. This line is also made in the USA – very few baking molds are produced here. One thing to know is that you should not use oil spray on this pan. I "painted” olive oil with a brush and sprinkled flour on the pan. The cake came out easily. NordicWare is expensive but worth it. You pay for quality!

I love this shape! Received today and couldn't wait to try it. I made a lemon poppy seed cake with raspberries (photo) and it turned out amazing. The design is beautiful and overall it's a great way to improve on a traditional bread cake. Some reviews have said the design is difficult to show off and if I had to guess I think it would be with the thicker batter. I'm not an experienced baker and getting a nice loaf in this pan was a breeze ;)

I love the design of this bread pan and how beautiful my bread looks when it is removed from the pan. Tell us about an amazing presentation. I use a pastry brush to apply melted butter to all of the corners in the floral pattern, then sprinkle with flour and nothing has stuck to this pan so far. I would not recommend non-stick cooking spray as it is very difficult to clean the pot after cooking. In this pan you can bake bread worthy of gifting to all family and friends. This pan could have earned a 4 1/2 star rating but I wanted it to be balanced. While I like the design, the end product may or may not be successful. I gave it 3 stars because the actual picture the sellers seemed to have had contrasting accents, but who knows, and my experience baking with it. Look closely at the reviewer's photos. Such a nice shape, I couldn't wait to bake in it. There was a great quick bread. It looked exactly like the Nordic Ware photos. It's a small pan, about ¾ the size of my other bread pans. It's hard to measure, but it's less than 8 inches long inside. The cake turned out excellent. Before filling it in I used a silicone brush to apply a good coat of very soft oil to all the holes.
