Review on πŸ–₯️ Get Superior Visuals with the HP Promo LA1751G LCD Monitor β€ŽEM889A8#ABA by Adam Hayes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

If you view/edit documents, this monitor is a good choice.

I've been using an HP LA1751g LCD monitor for about a year. I've just ordered another of these (along with an adjustable dual monitor stand) to expand my setup. The monitor is perfect for my needs: I view and edit documents in my professional work. This monitor has an aspect ratio of 5 : 4. I turned it to portrait mode and it neatly displays the "sheet of paper" almost at full size, so to speak. With programs like PaperPort, PDF Annotator, Windows Journal and of course Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat I was able to work (almost) paperless. I can read, mark up and edit documents on the screen in "Pages" mode. The image on the monitor is bright and clear. No noticeable pixel problems. It has a matte finish which I prefer. It offers VGA and DVI inputs. (I use a VGA connection from my HP dv7 computer.) Setting up the monitor was easy. No catch. plug and play It has two (powered) USB sockets (so plugging it in gives you an extra USB). It comes with a stand that can be adjusted to almost any useful configuration and is heavy/durable/well built. The monitor itself is well made. When you put it back it will stay in place. HP gets an A+ for it. If you want to view/edit documents and go paperless, this monitor is a good choice. At around $110 (current price), it's a steal. For $130 this is a good deal.
