We've had a hard time finding a dish rack that works for us. We're not real picky. We just wanted a rack that drains well, looks good, and doesn't tip over when you load glasses on the end. This product delivers on all counts.We like the slide-out extension feature because we sometimes have more dishes than space that need a place to hang out and dry or just hang out for a while until we get around to drying them. The utensil holder actually drains (oddly, this seems to be something many dish rack manufacturers seem to be incapable of designing). The color and overall design goes with our kitchen much better than the basic blocky white or black products. Dishes actually stand up in it and a load of our heaviest glasses don't tip over an empty rack.The glass holder clips to the side of the rack, and it works, but a heavy load can tip it pretty far back. Not far enough to fall off the rack, but enough that it could get in the way of working in the sink. But other than that, we're very pleased with this product.
