This worked exactly how I wanted it to. We have moved into a repair shop and there is so much to do that we have to wait to redo the kitchen. We had creepy brown tile counters and I bought them to cover up until we renovate. I was very nervous because the tiles are not always the same height and there are gaps on the surface where the joints used to be. It covered it well. It's thick and made of plastic, making it easy to clean. For reference, this part of the kitchen took 6 roles. It's worth it! I had to hot glue the bottom pieces that wrap around the wooden frame for our tile, but other than that it bonded really well and lined up easily with a Costco membership card.
