I service my bikes twice a year, the grease in my bearings is always clean despite the dirt and silliness. ideal for your headsets, bottom bracket, derailleur cables, brakes (if using a mechanic), all bolts, ball bearing hubs, hub shell if manufacturer approved (I use it for hope knots), seat post. everywhere except the chain damper and fork chamber.
