They're very uncomfortable, they're very tight Around the little toe they have these bright yellow insoles that keep coming loose so your feet every time you walk slip inside I recommend getting used to it, change the grip with it until you feel completely comfortable, I've been using them for at least 2 weeks and have had no luck :(
