I ordered this product once without problems, the second order had no vitamin C serum, the most expensive product in the kit. Oops. I immediately called customer service as soon as I opened the kit. A good representative named Ruby was very helpful in making sure I get my refund back to my account and I can use it within 1-3 hours. I was able to reorder the kit and received the complete kit two days later. This retention process took only four days. MARVELOUS. My original overall rating was 4 stars due to the bug; However, I came back to give this result a big 5 stars due to the quick corrective actions that were displayed.
