Review on 🚪 【2021 Upgraded】 Morecam WiFi Video Doorbell Camera - 1080P HD, Motion Detection, Night Vision, 2-Way Audio, No Monthly Fee(32 GB SD Card Pre-Installed) & Cloud Storage with Chime by Brian Wersching

So I really wanted to like this doorbell but had SO many problems with it. Shoot all the way down if you want a doorbell I finally got it which is MUCH better. Here are the issues I had with this Maeritek Morecam doorbell: - Your existing doorbell will NOT ring even if you plug in cables (and it won't charge through those cables) - The USB chime in the room was completely inaudible even after that Conjugation. I didn't hear a single call except on the phone! - The image is too dark to see faces clearly, even from a few meters away in daylight (HDR mode is mostly absent) The person at the door could (barely) hear me, but I couldn't hear them - The Google Assistant integration didn't work at all - Audio message feature didn't work (e.g. pressing the doorbell should play a predefined message you created). The device never allowed me to upload a message to the doorbell - I sent 3 customer service messages to Maeritek customer service via the phone app. Even though I received an automatic confirmation that they received the messages, after 3 WEEKS I still haven't received a response to my support questions. Incredibly horrible in terms of customers. I returned this doorbell and bought a Homebase Eufy battery operated doorbell, also from Revain (about $200). Despite being a lot more expensive it solved 100% of the issues I had with this Maeritek, the picture quality is amazing, all the memory is physically in your house (not on the doorbell itself) and although it's battery powered if you Buy the right Eufy, it can charge 100% of the time from your existing doorbell transformer and actually ring the mechanical doorbell you already have installed in your home (oddly the wired Eufy doorbell doesn't seem to be able to do this, so I have one battery operated knew full well I was going to hardwire it).
