Less than ok, and noise issue

It's only a few days old and on its 2nd day of service.Because the heat output is mainly at the bottom, I tried putting in on a table. However, it makes sounds then. Like a ticking.I had to put it back on the carpet. the heat basically just goes to my feet now.You can't complain at the price, I guess, but . how much effort would beta-testing be? Nobody wants a heater that outputs heat only in the bottom of the item.

This heater very convenient to my need in the studio during training and home , portable , fast , safe and doesn’t cause the dry air that some heaters cause. This is my second purchase highly recommend it !
