Usually I buy my size and they are too small but in this case this item was a size too big. The crotch was baggy and the neck strap Fit lose and weird. I’m an extra large in most items but I sent this back and got a large and was very please with the fit, it is a great body suit I came looking different than the photo it is cotton and has lined ribs and the material is a little thin. You definitely have to wear a bra under this item.
