We recently started baking our own bread. We felt we needed a good board to use, serve and display bread on the dining table and we didn't want to use our old regular chopping boards and meat/paring knives. This is such a great piece, good size and the two parts I love about this board are the breadcrumb trap and the MATCHING sharp knife that comes with it. It was a great table talk with our guest. It is of good quality, easy to clean and a pleasure to use as a serving tray when the top is off. At Christmas we will be ordering them for our kids to take away as gifts.
