Review on Logitech Lightspeed Wireless Adjustable Programmable by Nikifor Stoilov ᠌

Please keep in mind that I can only speak from my own experience with this issue. I, for one, have few of the issues that are listed on several other evaluations. The mouse is decent, but not fantastic. It's a model with almost no keyboard participation, and I use it in games and at work all the time; for instance, it was a lot of fun to hang bespoke pie menus in a blender. My previous mouse, the ROCCAT KONE XTD, was about the same size as this one. So, I've come to the conclusion that I'm not a fan of rodents of any size. It's hardly the worst thing ever, but it does put unnecessary stress on your hand. I had a hard time getting used to the vertical side button since it kept getting in the way of my finger. Initially, I was skeptical that I could adapt, but I eventually did. You just won't get the hang of this steering mechanism. I accepted it in part because of the wheel's sideways motion, but I ended up rejecting it because it was merely a "click" with no other information. The mode button is another issue with the wheel. For such a mouse, I think a cut-off mode and a button that can be programmed to do something else would be all that's necessary. We also have a second, endless mode, but it doesn't work since the stroke is so light that the wheel continues to scroll a tiny bit in the opposite way even after you take your finger off of it, and the mode switch button is a physical one, rendering it ineffective. In comparison, the software is barely adequate. For some time after eating, for instance, I had no idea how to reassign the buttons; obviously, this is not the norm. Plus some further illumination-related commentary. The style is intriguing, but it's let down by a lackluster backlight. It's present, but not obvious. Sorry, Logitek, but the logo doesn't glow in the dark. These are typical arguments over inconsequential matters. Everything works as it should, even the clicks, there are no backlashes or loose parts, and the materials are nice.
