So the concept is solid. I've used groups in the past that do the same thing. Keep your hands in a nice triangle as you swing back. But at least for me, the prop slipped down my arm during the backswing. Rubber bands work better because there is some friction. This product is "slick" so doesn't really do what it's supposed to do. Others may have different experiences with the product, but I cannot use it.
