It works great and looks nice and clean.

Nice little surge protector. I like that there is a long screw in the middle that replaces the screw that normally holds the socket cover in place. The screw helps to attach the heavy surge protector to the outlet. I've had several similar faucets that did the same thing, but their weight was pulling them down and they weren't very secure. This one won't go anywhere unless you unscrew it. I have a similar Monoprice surge protector/stretcher for my computer hardware and it has the same green light to let you know it has power. If you place it somewhere like next to the TV I can see that the green light is annoying or distracting, but I think it's a nice addition to let you know the outlet is getting power if there's ever a feeding issue are. USB chargers work well; They put out 2.1A, which is probably enough to charge most phones and tablets fairly quickly, but they don't support the fast charge/fast charge feature of newer phones like my Pixel. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that the power outlets are a bit close together. So if you plug in something that uses a "wall wart" or large plug, you're almost certainly blocking the outlet right next to it. to. I can't fault the item for that, however, as it must have a relatively small profile or risk becoming a giant white block stuck to your wall. I would buy another one if I needed one.
