They don't stick to your breast, they just fall off while you try to stick them on your nipple. I couldn't even figure out which side to put on the skin. The plastic wrap they are in is useless for storage. I haven't experienced any relief from them either. Lansinoh Soothies are MUCH better and have a nice "cloth" backing so you know which end is touching your skin and they won't ruin the clothes you wear over them. Lansinoh also has a round plastic tray that you can store it on or put it in the fridge for extra cooling. I have Ameda because they last up to 6 days instead of just 72 hours. But honestly, it's not worth it.
