Great light overall. Looks great as a side lamp with a bed. The only problem was that the teeth holding the arm's curves had to be very tight. Otherwise, the weight of the glass ball will fall and hit the wall. Teeth are not 100% flush. A little trouble. All this to say that readjusting the downward tilt is a bit annoying. BUT it looks cool and the price is decent with decent materials. I would give it 4 out of 5 points. One star deducted because the "curves" are difficult. Update: Don't use detergent to remove dust. It smears and removes the stain on the mount. However, despite my negligence, the customer service has been amazing. They were very friendly and left a positive experience. The problem was solved very quickly. (Although still experiencing the same annoyances listed above with loose teeth.) I've upgraded my rating to five stars because of the attentive customer service. For me, the product is simply part of it. The other part is the seller and his reliability. The experience was very pleasant and I have now bought a second lamp to go with this one.
