Review on 💡 GE Lighting 61355 Replacement Bulb - High Lumens: 1150 by Richard Singleton

The Reveal lamp series has been designed to provide real light by removing the excess yellow that tends to wash out colors in artificial light. When I received the first bulb that blew, I replaced it and found that it actually gave off a fairly yellow light. If you're happy with a CFL that's just a standard yellowish CFL and not a Reveal bulb, that's fine, but it doesn't deliver on all the promises of Reveal technology. In addition, the bulb takes a few seconds to warm up to 75% brightness, after which it takes a few minutes to reach 100%. I replaced it with an LED light bulb and am very happy with the result.
