Review on High Strength SUNLU PETG 3D Printer Filament - 1.75Mm +/- 0.02Mm, No Clogging, Neatly Wound 1KG Spool by Anthony Hobby

Revainrating 2 out of 5

You make the best budget printer.

what the hell were you thinking putting this out on the market. this material absorbs so much Mostiure it is unusable. I tried you out in a shotgun effect, but this didn't work. I thought sunlu, you would know how to make some PETG from the firmly sealed packages to the the absolutely solid printer you sell. Why are you even selling this filament if you know it will be wet. I just want a filament that does what I want after I put it in, consistently. managed to get close to a full print before moisture ruined a 2 day print on one kilogram. Next day started a 4 day print thinking it was just a hick-up on a brand new spool, boy was i wrong. this stuff printed foam how much moisture it took up. waiting for sunlu to rectify the situation with a dry filament otherwise this review stands. DONT BUY IT, IT IS MOSTLY FOAM THAT COMES OUT. not to mention the jams. Had to go to 260c to clean the nozzle.

Pros
  • ‎2.2 pounds
Cons
  • The filament is very sensitive to humidity and can become unusable if exposed to moisture
