Good idea - poor quality

I have been making network cables for many years. I've never used them and thought I'd give them a try. Unfortunately they don't show up. There are a couple of issues: 1. POE, small sticking out wires seem to cause problems (if you can get all 4 pairs to work) 2. I could only connect pair #1 in one of the setups and it was causing POE problems. If you cut and pull back the wires, you can avoid POE problems. 3. The fit seems wrong - one cord I had could disconnect if I wiggled it in the outlet a little. Overall I cannot recommend this.
