Choose the largest helmet size. There is an adjustable handle for a better fit. It's fragile, so turn it slowly and carefully. It can get stuck in the styrofoam padding, so use your index finger and gently push the tip down towards the chin straps while your other hand adjusts the grip. The handle should rotate easily after unlocking. You will understand what I mean. I find that most people complain about the helmet being too small because they haven't figured out how to unlock the grip. If you remove the velcro chin strap you will see that the straps have extra length. Adjust to your size and reattach the Velcro. Not the most durable band, but it works well. I put some red reflective stickers all over the helmet for better visibility. I paid about $15 which I think is a good deal. Hooray!
