Not suitable for general purpose blades
If you don't turn the angle all the way out it won't do anything because the grinding faces are too deep in the groove. You can tell by the grinding sound (or lack thereof) when the blade is being cut with a sharpener. Maybe it's ok for those who want a sharp angle and razor-like blade, but if you want to sharpen a general-purpose blade it's useless.
