Good hat, but good.
I bought this hat to wear to the Kentucky Derby this year and everything was fine. It was cheap and it helped, but if I went again I would definitely go for something more elaborate with flowers on it. This hat was very simple. I ended up leaving it in Louisville because there wasn't enough room in my luggage bag and there wasn't anything special in it.
