Review on 💄 Boutique SHANY 40 Colors Neon Eyeshadow Palette by Susan Cacal

I was pleasantly surprised by the pigmentation and vibrancy of this palette, especially for the price! I've bought other palettes for around $60 that are definitely no better than this one and with fewer colors. The packaging was meticulous, everything arrived pristine with no breakage (save the bubble wrap if you're traveling with it!), and application is easy whichever method you choose. I have sensitive skin and have never had any irritation. These colors last all day too! If you want to make your colors even more vibrant, try some water on your brushes for more depth and dimension. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this product! Shany definitely gives competitors more expensive brands for their money. Definitely a very good buy!
